Calcium Rich Barfi
Calcium Rich Barfi - Sesame Barfi

Benefits:
- Sesame seeds are rich in calcium
- Jaggery is rich in iron and minerals

Ingredients:
- White sesame seeds – 1 cup
- Jaggery granulated – ¾ cup
- Pure cow ghee – 2 tablespoon
- Water – 2 tablespoons
- Small cardamom – 2 pice
Method of preparation:
- Roast sesame seeds in a pan on medium flame till golden and let it cool. Grind it in a grinder and make a powder. Make cardamom powder too.
- Heat Ghee in a pan, then add granulated jaggery and water to it.
- Melt the jaggery till it starts forming strings.
- Add ground sesame powder and ground cardamom powder to it and mix well.
- Turn off the gas and when the mixture cools down a bit, cut it into diamond shapes.
- When it cools down, keep it in an airtight container.
